RETURNS

Thanks for purchasing our products at Bump Activewear 

 

We are sure you will be in love with our products, but if for any reason you need to return your purchase please read the following:

 

We promise to refund any unworn, unused item you are not completely happy with it when you return it to us in saleable condition by post, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Your item needs to have the shipping note as proof of purchase and the returns note provided. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 14 business days, this can depend on your card issuer's policies. We are unable to offer free returns at this point , you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. Please obtain a receipt for your proof of postage.

If you wish to exchange your item, your new item will be sent free of charge.

How do I track my order?

 

All our UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Signed For, you will receive a tracking number when you receive your dispatch confirmation. You can track your order on the royal mail website. International orders will be sent using another courier, tracking will also be sent 

I have purchased a Bump Booty Band, when will I receive my E-guide?

Once you have purchased your Bump Booty Band, you will receive your free e-guide by email within 4 hours

When will I receive my order?

 

We aim for all items to be received within 3-5 working days, please allow up to 21 working days for international orders

Will you be restocking?

We are quite a small company but we try to ensure we always have stock. We are also environmentally conscious so we try hard not to overproduce, and re-order when stock is low. Please email us if the item you are looking for is out of stock.
